• How are Knot Standard suits constructed?

  Each Knot Standard garment is precision-cut and handsewn from fine Italian and English suiting fabrics. We build your suit using a digital pattern designed specifically to fit your unique body shape. Your fabric selection is cut with computerized, laser machines using a single piece of cloth. Your individual pattern is saved digitally for consistent sizing across future orders.

• What fabrics do you use?

  We offer over 7,000 fabrics from world-renowned mills such as Loro Piana, Ariston, and Dormeuil. Your stylist at any of our retail partners can help you select the perfect fabric for your needs.

• How should I wash my Knot Standard garments?

  To ensure the longevity of your garments, please follow the care instructions included with your order.

• How can I purchase Knot Standard products?

  Knot Standard products are available through select retail partners, including Nordstrom. Visit our "Where to Buy" page to find a location near you or download our Fit App to purchase from home.

• What if my garment needs alterations?

  Each retail location provides alteration services for your Knot Standard order.

• How far in advance should I order before a special occasion?

  We recommend no less than 8 weeks prior to your special occasion, to allow time for alterations (if it is your first order) and busy schedules prior to your event.

Measuring

• What is the largest size you can customize?

  All our products are customized and tailored according to individual measurements.

• How can I get measured for a custom garment?

  You have two options:

  • Visit Knot Standard at any of our retail partner locations nationwide for in-person measuring
  • Use our Fit App, available on the app store, for at-home measuring

• Can I use measurements taken by my own tailor?

  We recommend visiting us in-person or our Fit App, as our measuring methods are specific to Knot Standard and may differ from conventional tailoring measurements.
